IRx has designed the Performance Dashboard to be very simple to understand and use as a key tool to understanding your store’s operations.  Historical trend analysis with both  easy to read graphs and tabular data enables for trends to be identified quickly.

Q: How does the Performance Dashboard differ from the Dashboard provided to your full service Accounting clients?

A: IRx’s full service accounting client dashboards contain additional data points and insight that can only be obtained when  IRx performs accounting services.  Additional data concerning payroll and full financial metrics and indicators are added in addition to monthly analysis.  If you would like to learn more detail regarding these differences please contact us.

Q: Can I sign up more than one store to the Dashboard and if so how is that priced?

A: Absolutely!  We have discounted pricing available for multi store owners.  Please contact us by calling 937-522-0175 or scheduling a short meeting.

Q: What is the sign-up  / onboarding process?

A: It is a simple process – see the registration page for more info.

Q: May I grant additional users access to my dashboard?

A: Yes, you may specify  additional users you would like to grant access to during the registration process or at any time in your membership profile.

Q: Do you verify my membership with your partners under your partner program?

A: Yes, we are required to verify with the partner organization that you are presently still an active member.  We will do immediately after you signup.

Q: I represent a group that may be interested in providing the dashboard to our members – who should I contact?
