Knowing what you want to achieve is the first step to achieving what you want!
Having a goal for 2023 will focus you and your team on what is most important to the business and you.
What is your goal – grow revenue, be more profitable, have more time personally?
Let’s say it is grow revenue. Then you will want to pick 2-4 items that will do this, communicate it to your team and give them resources to do so. Maybe you try to cross sell to patients, then give your technicians and clerks what they should say (for example ask every customer “have you had your flu shot this year?”).
If you do not do this then your staff may concentrate on inventory management, though important, it does not grow the business.
So write down goals and put steps in place to achieve them and you will.
